About Us... Cobatco was founded in the middle 1980s to address the growing need for high-quality food service equipment, namely, waffle and waffle cone bakers. The company's initial product introductions meet with such success in the market place that Cobatco soon expanded to include other commercial baker products based off the original designs. To address the need for high-quality mixes to complement its line of equipment, Cobatco expanded into the dry mix business. Today Cobatco offers its customer base an extensive selection of custom-produced dry mix blends specifically formulated to meet the needs of the demanding consumer. Cobatco supplies its products to customers throughout the United States, Canada, Central and South America, Europe, and Asia. Leveraging its expertise in food product manufacturing, Cobatco decided in the early 2000s to expand its manufacturing capabilities to include high-pressure excess-steam jet cooking founding Sloan Biotechnology Laboratories (SBL).
